DEALERS - HOW TO COMPLETE A MOWER REGISTRATION.
We have a new process available for dealers to commission a Trimax mower and submit a mower’s registration for warranty.
The registration can be done through the Trimax dealer app or through the Trimax website.
REGISTERING VIA THE TRIMAX DEALER APP:
If you have the Trimax dealer app on your phone, the commissioning form can be completed through the App, and the customer can sign on your phone screen, the warranty registration is also completed within the App at this time.
REGISTERING VIA THE TRIMAX WEBSITE:
A hard copy commissioning form can be found in the back of the mower operator’s manual. This should be completed with the customer when the mower is delivered and installed and signed by the customer. A digital copy of this form should then be uploaded with the Mower Registration form on the Trimax website.
